What ages do you train?
Our programs run from youth (First Step is built for ages 8-13) through high-school, college, and adult athletes. Each program lists who it is for so you pick the right level.
Is this in-person in Las Vegas or can I do it anywhere?
Both. The downloadable programs (Speed School, Change of Direction, Combine Prep, First Step) can be done anywhere with basic space and cones. Private training and camps are in-person in Las Vegas - we confirm scheduling after you register.
What equipment do I need?
The downloadable programs are built to run with minimal gear - cones, space to sprint, and optional bands or a sled. Every session lists exactly what it needs, with substitutions if you do not have it.
How do I get my program after I register?
Digital programs deliver instantly - a secure download link on the confirmation page and by email. Private training and camp registrations start with a follow-up email to confirm dates and details.
Do you guarantee results or recruiting outcomes?
No honest coach can guarantee a scholarship or a specific time. What we guarantee is real, coach-built training in the CBA standard. Do the work and you get faster, sharper, and more explosive - the rest you earn.
Is this only for competitive athletes?
No. CBA started with sport, but the programs now cover strength, size and definition, core, and shoulder health for anyone who wants to train seriously. A bigger squat, a leaner and more muscular look, a stronger midline, or just healthier shoulders - there is a coach-built block here for you.
Can women do these programs?
Yes - every program is built for male and female lifters. Strength, core, arms and back, hypertrophy, and shoulder health train the same way for everyone. Loads differ from person to person, but the progression and the standard are identical, and this volume will not make anyone bulky by accident.
Is the shoulder program medical treatment or physical therapy?
No. Bulletproof Shoulders is prehab and general shoulder-health training - not medical treatment and not a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist, or athletic trainer. If you have a shoulder injury, pain, or instability, stop and see a qualified professional first. Use it for healthy shoulders or alongside professional care, never in place of it.
I have never touched a barbell - where do I start?
Start light and learn the technique. Every strength and hypertrophy program tells beginners to prioritize clean form over load. Begin at the lighter end of every range, use safety pins or a spotter on heavy lifts, and consider a session or two of in-person coaching in Las Vegas to groove the lifts before you load them.
