Data Deletion Request

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and platform requirements from Facebook/Meta, we provide you with the ability to request deletion of any personal data we have collected through our Services.

What Data We May Have

If you have used our Services or connected a social media account, we may have collected:

Your name and email address
Public profile information from connected social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Usage data and analytics from your interactions with our Services
Transaction records (if you made any purchases)

Facebook / Meta Data

If you logged in using Facebook or connected your Facebook/Instagram account, you can:

Remove our app access by visiting your Facebook App Settings and removing "DAJAI" from the list of connected apps.
Request full data deletion by emailing us (see below). We will delete all data obtained from Facebook within 30 days.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, contact us using one of these methods:

Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

Your full name
The email address associated with your account
Your Facebook User ID (if applicable)
A description of the data you want deleted

What Happens After Your Request

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
Your data will be deleted within 30 days of confirmation
You will receive email confirmation once deletion is complete
Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes)

Data Deletion Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation. Please note that deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you use our Services again after deletion, new data collection will begin per our Privacy Policy.
