I am writing this with a heavy chest and a full heart. Eli Morton — my super close friend — is gone at 25. Las Vegas lost one of its own. I lost a brother: not industry, not a party handshake. A friend who believed in me when belief was still expensive.
Eli was a Bishop Gorman grad — and so were all of us. Gaels. Same school, same city, same loyalty after the lights go dark. That bond is the first chapter of how a lot of us still move through Las Vegas. Eli was part of that family of alumni — one of ours from the start.
He was a believer when the catalog was still a long road. He treated the work like it mattered before the algorithms agreed. He was a friend first. Career help without friendship is a transaction. Friendship with career belief is rare. Eli gave both.
My life and my career are different because Eli Morton was in them. That is not a slogan. That is a debt of gratitude I will carry.

Give Me Chip was shot at his house
That is not trivia. That is a friend saying yes to the culture we were making. Local, loud, ours — because Eli opened the door. Every view from this day forward can double as a small memorial.

Thank you for the belief.
Thank you for the friendship.
Thank you for the house.
