What to include
- About an order: the Stripe order reference or the intake reference, the family surname and the state.
- About the API or your key: the first eight characters of your key (never the whole key) and the request that failed.
- Before buying: the surname, the state or parish, the earliest ancestor you know by name, and what you have already found. The answer tells you honestly which tier fits and what the records in that place can and cannot do.
- Press, institutions, universities, verification offices: say so in the subject line.
